Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate (Shipping, Receiving & Material Handling)

Location: New Berlin, WI
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Labor Solutions Professional is seeking dependable and detail-oriented candidates for a Warehouse Associate position. This role supports shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, verify, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Process shipping labels and documentation
Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies
Accurately enter inventory and receiving transactions
Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Support production and operations teams as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or material handling experience
Basic computer and inventory system experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

? Manufacturing experience
? Forklift certification
? Experience with shipping software and carrier systems
? Inventory control and cycle counting experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
