This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the Global President of a leading Entertainment Division while working within a dynamic, international organization.
We are seeking a polished, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced global environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting multiple C-suite executives, managing complex schedules across various time zones, and serving as a trusted business partner to senior leadership.

Responsibilities • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Global President and additional members of the executive leadership team
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple international time zones
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and travel documentation
• Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, meeting agendas, and executive communications
• Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, internal teams, and external business partners worldwide
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
• Coordinate executive meetings, leadership events, and strategic business initiatives
• Anticipate leadership needs and proactively resolve scheduling and operational challenges
• Support special projects and company initiatives while ensuring deadlines and priorities are met
• Collaborate effectively with teams located throughout North America and international regions
Qualifications • 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or C-suite management
• Previous experience supporting executives within a global or multinational organization
• Demonstrated success managing multiple executive priorities in a high-volume environment
• Strong experience coordinating international travel and global meetings
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality while interacting with senior leadership
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Comfortable working with executives across different countries, cultures, and time zones
