We are looking for an experienced, dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We are a busy, family-owned Italian restaurant, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays calm when things get busy, and understands that a successful kitchen requires everyone working together.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes, standards, and presentation
• Work efficiently on the line during busy dinner service
• Properly prepare and portion ingredients before and during service
• Maintain consistency and quality with every dish
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food-safety procedures
• Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
• Assist with prep work as needed
• Communicate and work closely with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Help with cleaning and closing responsibilities at the end of the night
• Treat coworkers and guests with professionalism and respect

What We’re Looking For

• Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow recipes and instructions consistently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to help wherever needed “that’s not my job” isn’t how our kitchen operates
• Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and safely lift typical kitchen supplies and equipment

Schedule

Our restaurant is open Wednesday through Saturday from 5 PM–8 PM.

This position requires evening and weekend availability, with additional time before and after service for prep and closing.
