Associate Attorney

We are seeking a 2–6 year associate attorney to join our Chattanooga office.

This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful litigation experience in a stable, collegial environmentwithout the burnout often associated with high-volume practices.

What you’ll do:

• Handle active litigation matters with increasing independence
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in hearings and trial preparation
• Work directly with experienced attorneys and clients

What we’re looking for:

• 2–6 years of litigation experience (insurance defense a plus)
• Licensed in Tennessee
