FULL TIME ROLE
The ideal candidate has:
- $10M+ project experience in luxury residential or high-end commercial interiors
- Strong enough to run projects independently ownership shouldn’t have to be the backstop on every decision
- Polished client-facing presence; comfortable around architects, designers, and high-net-worth clients
- Leadership chops to mentor PMs and raise the bar across the team
