Job Description
The Facility Operations Analyst plays a critical role on an expeditionary support team, ensuring the operational readiness of essential infrastructure and bare base facility systems. This position focuses on maintaining life-support and operational facilities in austere, remote, and occasionally hazardous environments. The role requires a highly motivated, self-starting professional with strong technical versatility, the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, and a willingness to travel for extended periods.

Work Environment
This role operates primarily in expeditionary and austere environments, including remote and potentially hazardous overseas locations. Work may take place in temporary facilities such as tents, hard-sided shelters, and bare base structures, often under extreme weather conditions. The position involves frequent travel and may require deployments of up to 90 days within a 12-month period. Daily activities include hands-on work with HVAC systems, generators, electrical distribution networks, plumbing systems, and a wide range of bare base equipment. The work environment can involve confined spaces and working at heights, with regular lifting of equipment weighing 50 pounds or more. Team members use designated maintenance management systems and standard tools and equipment to document activities, maintain operational readiness, and support rapid deployment requirements.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.50 - $36.75/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
