Shipper / Receiver (Part-Time)
What the job looks like
We're looking for a part-time Shipper / Receiver to join our team. You'll pick, pack, and ship customer orders all tracked in NetSuite, so no guesswork about what goes where. It's steady, hands-on work with a predictable schedule, which makes it a great fit if you're retired, in college, or just looking for reliable part-time hours.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, roughly 11am–3pm (up to 5 hours a day, depending on volume). We're flexible tell us what works for you.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the person who makes sure everything coming in and going out is right. That means receiving deliveries, keeping the inventory accurate, and getting orders out the door on time all while keeping things safe and organized. It's a small operation, so your work makes a visible difference every day.
Day to day, you'll:
- Keep product moving smoothly in and out of the shop
- Pull and process customer orders
- Receive, log, and hand off packages and mail
- Keep the stockroom tidy, labeled, and easy to work in
- Lend a hand with bigger shipments and figuring out where things go
- Flag back-orders, short-ships, and anything that didn't go out
What we're looking for
- Some shipping and receiving experience is good but not necessary
- Forklift experience is a plus but we're happy to train you (certification welcome, not required)
- Comfortable with basic inventory gear like scan guns and computers
- A safety-first mindset and a steady pace
- Able to lift 30–50 lbs
- Good hand dexterity grabbing, sorting, pushing, and pulling
- Able to bend, twist, squat, and reach throughout the shift
- Available weekdays
- Comfortable using everyday tools and equipment
