The Field Service Regional Engineer manages, plans, and coordinates activities related to installing equipment at customer sites, investigating and resolving technical issues, and implementing solutions that prevent future operational or service problems. This role combines strong controls and automation expertise with hands-on commissioning and mechanical engineering skills, and involves extensive travel to support a consistent workflow of field projects.
ResponsibilitiesThis is a field-based role that requires extensive travel, with at least 75% of the year spent at customer sites. The work environment involves physical demands such as working in high places, climbing ladders and stairs, lifting at least 50 pounds without assistance, and being on your feet for several hours at a time. You will work in varying temperatures and conditions depending on the facility and location. The role is fast-paced and high-demand, with a consistent flow of projects typical of a small, family-oriented operation. Effective and efficient communication is essential, as is the ability to collaborate with a wide range of people and maintain strong attention to detail while working with industrial equipment and control systems.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
