Production Scheduler

We are seeking a Scheduler to join our team! You will be responsible for updating and maintaining our production schedule in our busy manufacturing facility. Top Notch organizational and computer skills are a must. You will receive specific paid training on the scheduling software we use.

Responsibilities:

• Add new jobs to scheduling software.
• Maintain schedule to meet due dates
• Identify overlaps and help adjust accordingly
• Distribute schedule to production cells and management
• Review schedule with each station twice daily. Report issues to management team for resolution.
• Document & monitor production times vs time allowed
• Enter and monitor data into excel spreadsheets

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production scheduling
• Ability to learn new software
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ability to attend weekly production meetings with correct relevant information
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
• Must have excellent organization skills
• Must have experience in High Volume Industrial/Warehouse industry
