About Toastee Bagels: Toastee Bagels Now OPEN in South Abington, Looking for new team members at all levels! We are dedicated to fresh, quality ingredients and a clean kitchen. We are seeking skilled and efficient Managers ready to specialize in our breakfast and lunch menu items.

The Role This is a full-time and part-time opportunity for Team members, Line Cooks, Cashiers and bakers, specializing in preparing our signature hot and cold bagel sandwiches and breakfast items and fresh made bagels. All roles is crucial for maintaining our fast-paced service and high standards for food quality, accuracy, guest satisfactionand safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall Store Operations: Lead, develop, coach and execute overall operations, keeping focus on Quality/Accuracy/Speed and Guest Satisfaction
• Inventory & Prep: Assist with daily food prep, organization of the kitchen, and maintaining sufficient inventory levels.
• Quality Control: Ensure all food items are prepared accurately, consistently, and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with all team members and Bakers

Compensation & Perks

• Pay: hourly wages (range to be determined, based on experience)
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time hours available for Shift Managers/Leads. Typical shifts cover breakfast and lunch service.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen, deli, or sandwich-focused environment is preferred. Willingness to train provided they have a strong work ethic.
• Attitude: Reliable, fast-paced, punctual, and committed to food safety.
