Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Provide information on the features, specifications, and pricing of our used car inventory.
- Conduct test drives and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Negotiate prices and finalize sales agreements.
- Participate in the financing process and sell backend products to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of inventory and market trends.
- Manage customer leads and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the service department to discuss vehicle condition and any required repairs.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in automotive sales.
- Experience in vehicle financing is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and foster long-term relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-first mentality.
- Knowledge of automotive industry and used car values.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
