Job Duties:
- Responsible for contacting leads and following up with them.
-Provides accurate information regarding all our recreational gymnastics classes to our leads.
-Contacting schools and offering tours to the academy.
- Setting up fieldtrips to the academy.
- Gives tours to inquiring customers who visit the gym.
- Help with event logistics.
Skills & Qualifications:
-Prior customer service experience.
- Sales experience.
-Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Proactive
-Microsoft office skills.
-Able to use AI (ChatGPT/Gemini)
- Multi-tasker.
-Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Minimum 30 years of age.
