We’re looking for an experienced Hair Stylist who is confident behind the chair and ready to grow with us. This is not an entry-level positionwe are looking for someone who is already trained and can work independently. Hair is our primary focus, with opportunities to also offer nail and/or lash services if you have experience in those areas. An established clientele is a major plus.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair services including cuts, styling, color, highlights, and balayage
- Conduct consultations and recommend services and products
- Build strong guest relationships and encourage rebooking
- Maintain a clean, professional station and follow salon standards
- Be an active part of a supportive, collaborative team
Qualifications
- Current Ohio Cosmetology License
- 3+ years of professional salon experience preferred
- Experienced stylists only no recent cosmetology school graduates
- Strong haircutting, styling, and color skills
- Established clientele is a major plus
- Nail and/or lash experience is a plus
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
