Experienced Bindery Operator Needed

Position Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week + Overtime Available)

Key Responsibilities
- Folding Operations: Masterfully set up, operate, and manage 30 full-size MBO large-format folding equipment, including integrated stacking, automated counting, and inline paper banding systems.
- Saddle-Stitching: Expertly configure and operate 8-pocket saddle-stitch binding machinery to maintain quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Mailing Line Management:Background with mailingequipment not necessary, howeveris a strong plus.(We operate Kirk Rudy mailing lines)
- Cutting Equipment: Safely operate Polar paper cutters.
- Maintenance & Mechanical Upkeep: Perform routine setup adjustments and execute minor operational troubleshooting and equipment repairs on the fly to minimize downtime.
- Digital Job Tracking: Review job specifications electronically, prioritize daily assignments, and accurately log job data into our shop-floor computer system during production.
