Accounts Payable Supervisor
We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional with proven leadership ability to guide a small team while owning the full-cycle AP process.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle AP process: invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payment runs
- Review and approve work completed by direct reports
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve escalated payment discrepancies
- Reconcile AP sub-ledger to GL; assist with month-end close for AP-related accounts
- Monitor aging reports and ensure timely payment cycles
- Train, coach, and provide day-to-day guidance to team members
- Partner with Procurement/AP counterparart on PO matching and 3-way match issues
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience (Lead or Supervisor level)
- Management style that is firm but focused on team development and growth
