The Opportunity
This is where it starts. If you're willing to work hard, show up every day, and learn fast Octane will invest in you. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll build the foundation of a career in oil & gas and environmental containment.
We don't just hire bodies. We build people and skilled trades talent.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor lifting, carrying, and moving equipment and materials
- Operate or learn to operate basic hand tools (grinder, heat gun, drill, etc.)
- Develop equipment understanding and perform daily safety inspections
- Operate or learn to operate Skid Loader to Octane Safety Standards
- Maintain reliable transportation to and from the Octane yard
- Pass and maintain all required safety certifications through Octane
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
- Ability to perform physical labor in a field environment
- Willingness to obtain PEC Safety Certification, OSHA 10, and required training
- Dependable transportation to and from the Octane yard
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset

- Prior experience in construction, labor, or field environments
- Willingness to cross-train across divisions and equipment types
