What You'll Do

  • Process customer invoices and credit memos accurately and efficiently.
  • Review billing documentation and job-related paperwork for accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Enter and maintain data within accounting systems.
  • Communicate with internal departments and customers regarding billing questions and purchase orders.
  • Update customer records and maintain organized financial documentation.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and past-due account follow-up.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the invoicing and accounting functions.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of accounting, invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Experience working with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
