About the Role:
IN HOME RELATION CARE LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our growing team in Bradenton, FL. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who need support, comfort, and care in the place they love most their own home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Assist with medication reminders and adherence to care plans
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or CNA experience preferred
- Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-first attitude
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
