InsulRight is a leading 30 year insulation contractor in the Pittsburgh region, specializing in high-performance spray foam insulation. We are currently expanding our fleet with 2-4 new crews and launching comprehensive fiberglass and air sealing divisions. We need a driven, connected sales professional to introduce our expanded capabilities to local home builders and residential developers.
If you have a Rolodex of Pittsburgh-area general contractors and a proven track record of closing B2B construction sales, we want you leading our residential development growth!
The Role & Expectations
Your Mission What It Looks Like
Hunt & Close
Aggressively prospect and secure new insulation contracts with local home builders, custom home developers, and residential GCs.
Consultative Selling
Educate builders on the benefits of our complete building envelope solutions, including our new fiberglass and advanced air sealing packages alongside our flagship spray foam.
Pipeline Management
Manage the entire sales cycle: from initial site visits and blueprint take-offs to delivering accurate estimates and finalizing contracts.
Account Growth
Transition new wins into long-term partnerships, ensuring InsulRight becomes the exclusive insulation contractor for their future developments.
What You Bring to the Table
Category Ideal Qualifications
Experience
3+ years of outside B2B sales experience specifically targeting the construction, building materials, or insulation industry.
Network
Established relationships with home builders, general contractors, and developers in the Greater Pittsburgh area.
Technical Chops
Ability to read construction blueprints, understand residential building codes, and grasp building envelope science (thermal and air barriers).
Drive
A self-starter mentality with a hunger for commission and the organizational skills to manage a high-volume B2B pipeline.
