Project Architect

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Lititz, PA. The Architect will be responsible for interfacing with clients, developing and executing programming exercises, and leading schematic design through construction documentation for a wide variety of project types. This role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, both in-house and consultants, to deliver high-quality design solutions for campuses, downtowns, athletics, and other specialized spaces. The Architect will also engage in client communication, code and ordinance review, meeting permitting requirements including energy code compliance, project documentation, product selection and specification coordination, and design team coordination throughout the design and construction process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Architect or similar role.
• Strong knowledge and expertise architectural design, building systems coordination, and assemblies.
• Proficiency in construction document detailing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management for overseeing schedules, budgets, and team coordination.
• Proficiency with Revit and SketchUp; experience with other design and construction management software a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch).
• Professional licensure in Architecture is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in campuses, urban planning, retirement facilities or market rate housing projects is a plus.
