On Call Banquet Servers

We’re looking for reliable and professional On-Call Banquet Servers to join our team and help us deliver outstanding service to our clients and their guests.

As an On-Call Banquet Server, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our events run smoothly and our guests are delighted. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up banquet spaces, including arranging place settings & buffet stations
• Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the event.
• Assisting with event breakdown and cleanup after guests depart.
• Providing friendly and attentive service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Collaborating with the team to address any event-specific needs or challenges.

We’re seeking candidates who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering top-notch service. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a banquet, catering, or similar hospitality role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A professional demeanor and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work on an on-call basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
