Responsible for developing, negotiating, and managing strategic OEM, manufacturer, and distribution partnerships that expand Owl Aerospace's authorized product portfolio and strengthen its global position within the aerospace aftermarket.The ideal candidate brings an established international network of aerospace industry relationships with manufacturers that can be leveraged to accelerate business growth.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES (Essential Functions):
1. Leverage existing industry relationships to identify, develop, and secure new OEM, distributor, manufacturer, and stragefic partnership opportunities worldwide.
2. Identify and pursue new OEM, manufacturer, and partnership opportunities.
3. Develop executive-level relationships with manufacturers worldwide.
4. Expand Owl Aerospace's authorized product lines of distribution.
5. Manage and strengthen existing OEM and distributor relationships.
6. Represent Owl Aerospace during customer visits, trade shows, and industry conferences.
7. Prepare business cases, proposals, and executive presentations.
8. Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Quality, Operations, and Export Compliance to onboard new partnerships.
9. Lead commercial negotiations involving pricing, exclusivity, inventory, and performance expectations.
10. Exceed current discount pricing with OEMs.
11. Research emerging aerospace technologies and product lines.
12. Work with the VP of Sales and Inventory and Repair Manager to understand the history of

14. Evaluate market opportunities and competitive distribution channels.
15. Monitor sales performance and recommend growth strategies with product line of distribution.
16. Support marketing initiatives with OEM partners.
17. Maintain manufacturer relationship database and partnership documentation.
18. Develop annual strategic partnership plans and performance metrics.
19. Travel domestically and internationally as required.
20. Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
21. Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
22. Provide periodic reports on partnership pipeline and results.
23. Perform other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Aviation, Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 5-7+ years of aerospace business development, OEM sales, distribution, or strategic partnerships.
· Established relationships with aerospace OEMs, authorized distributors, manufacturers, MRO organizations, airlines, brokers, government agencies, and other key industry decision-makers within the global aviation aftermarket.
· Experience negotiating commercial agreements and distribution contracts.
· Established relationships within the aerospace OEM or manufacturing community.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
· Knowledge of FAA/EASA regulations and aerospace supply chain practices.
· Willingness to travel internationally.
· Must have strong English reading and writing skills.
