Line Cook

Fightingtown Tavern under new ownership and management. We are looking for full and part-time line cooks. We are a casual dinning restaurant in a busy Downtown area. We are looking to open more days as to give everyone a more flexible scheduling. The pay will be based on experience. We have fun and enjoy our time at work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Good knife skills a plus
• Work well with the team to cook food to the recipe specifications
• Closing will require breaking down equipment and insuring everything is put away and clean
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Maintain sanitation regulations and safety standards
