What You Bring to the Table:

• Reliability & Self-Motivation: You’re proactive, dependable, and passionate about your work.
• Clean Driving Record: A must-have for this role!
• Certifications (or Willingness to Certify): ASHI, InterNACHI, or CREIA certifications are a huge plus.

Bonus points if you hold a Contractor’s license, speak Spanish, and/or have a Drone License!

Physical Requirements:

• Able to access crawl spaces, attics, and safely climb ladders.
• Comfortable with bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
