Manufacturing Operations Manager - Production & Continuous Improvement

Shakopee, MN | Full-Time | Onsite

PowerPusher®, a division of TC Nu-Star Inc., designs and manufactures innovative material handling equipment that improves workplace safety and productivity around the world.

We're looking for a seasoned, hands-on Operations Manager with direct experience in metal fabrication and welding manufacturing, domestic and international supply chain management, and building or scaling operations within a smaller manufacturing company.

The right person has managed the sourcing and purchasing of custom-fabricated metal and manufactured components, understands the day-to-day realities of a fabrication and production environment, and has successfully improved manufacturing processes, systems, reporting, and accountability. We're looking for someone who has built and improved operations-not simply stepped into an already mature operation.

• Lead daily manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, and materials operations.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive Lean initiatives and operational efficiencies that improve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Finance, Quality, and IT to support business growth.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to improve planning, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.

• 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Experience in fabrication, welding, assembly, or engineered-to-order manufacturing preferred.
• Experience building or significantly improving manufacturing operations and processes.
• Strong purchasing, inventory, and supply chain management experience.
• ERP/MRP experience required (NetSuite preferred).
• A hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and driving results.

• Salary: $61,838–$120,000 per year (based on experience)
