Pay Rate: $17-18/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift
Schedule: Must be open to working any shift
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet established quality standards.
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products for quality and compliance.
- Identify, investigate, and analyze quality issues to determine root causes.
- Assist with implementing corrective and preventive actions to address quality concerns.
- Maintain and update quality assurance policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Prepare quality reports and communicate findings, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and quality-related activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems/software.
- Ability to understand and apply quality control procedures and standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be flexible and available to work any shift, including 2nd and 3rd shifts.
