If you're the kind of cook who takes pride in what comes off your station who cares whether the sauce is right, whether the timing is tight, whether the plate looks the way it should this post is for you. What the work looks like
  • Scratch prep and line service everything made in-house, every day
  • Multiple stations: grill, saut, cold line, bakehouse support as needed
  • Follow recipes and plating standards, while bringing your own craft to the work
  • Keep your station tight, clean, and food-safe always
  • Be part of a team that actually communicates and has each other's backs
What we're looking for
  • 1+ year of line cook or kitchen experience more is great, hunger counts for a lot
  • Solid knife skills and confidence with basic and intermediate techniques
  • Ability to stay composed and communicate clearly when service gets real
  • Team-first. Ego stays at the door.
  • You care about the food. That's not optional.
