Kinetico Advanced Water Systems is currently looking for an additional Receptionist to handle calls for the largest division in its 12 division territory. The ideal candidate will have two to three years of extensive phone experience, have an interest in water treatment, have excellent computer skills, enjoy communicating with people, have great telephone skills and must have loads of drive and desire to get the job done.

*Experience with Service Titan is a huge plus. This position can lead to several opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Manage all tasks involved in answering the phones including managing multiple calls at once, working at a very fast pace, processing service and installation orders and handling walk-in traffic and counter sales.
• Direct all calls to the appropriate department as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Must have a happy and cheerful disposition and be able to convey this over the phone.
• Must be detail oriented, organized and love talking to people.
• Partner effectively with all internal partners to assist in the day-to-day management of the business and to ensure all policies and procedures are being followed.
• Will work with a call management software to document all conversations. *Service Titan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business preferred
• 3+ years' of relevant work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Proven track record of success in current endeavor
• Must have intermediate knowledge of Excel and other office software
• Great software skills
