Job Duties:
- Setting appointments
- Following up with customers
- Answering phone calls
- Contacting customers prior to appointment date for appointment confirmation
- Provide customers with excellent customer service
- Detail all customer comments and update new information when needed
- Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership
