Shift Managers in the Livonia/Westland/Redford Area

Vangeloff Management KFC Inc., one of the largest KFC franchise organizations in Michigan, operates 16 locations throughout Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne Counties. We are looking for talented, dedicated, customer-focused leaders to join our team as Shift Managers.

Most of our restaurants close at 10:00 PM or 11:00pm, giving you the opportunity to build a management career without the overnight schedules common in many other restaurant concepts.

As a Shift Manager, you aren't just running a shift, you are developing the skills needed to become an Assistant Unit Manager and eventually a Restaurant General Manager.

What You'll Do

• Lead restaurant operations and team members during your assigned shifts.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through great food, fast and friendly service, and a clean restaurant.
• Coach, train, and develop team members while holding the team accountable to KFC and company standards.
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, cash procedures, and other controllable expenses.
• Ensure food safety, product quality, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.
• Lead by example and create a positive, team-focused work environment.
• Partner with restaurant leadership to improve sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant or food-service experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer focused.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and limited holidays as needed.
• Desire to learn, grow, and advance into higher levels of restaurant management.

Compensation

$15.25-$16.50 per hour, $31,720–$34,840 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek, plus monthly performance bonuses.
