SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a reliable, caring individual to provide companionship and support for young adults in a safe and positive environment.

No license or certification required. Experience in childcare, customer service, companionship services, or helping others is a plus, but not required.

• Provide companionship and supervision

• Assist with light meal preparation

• Perform light housekeeping duties

• Encourage participation in daily activities

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment

• Dependable and punctual

• Patient, compassionate, and trustworthy

• Good communication skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Must pass any required background checks

• Pay: $14 per hour

• Flexible scheduling available

• Part-time and full-time opportunities

• Training provided
