CNC Machinist | 1st Shift | 4-Day Work Week

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist who thrives in a precision manufacturing environment? We're looking for a skilled professional to take ownership of the machining process from setup to final inspection in a low-volume, high-mix job shop.

What You'll Do

  • Setup and operate multiple CNC machine tools

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

  • Edit CNC programs and troubleshoot machining issues

  • Utilize FANUC controls and Renishaw probing systems

  • Perform inspections using precision gauges and CMM equipment

  • Complete FAIs, monitor SPC data, and maintain quality standards

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S practices

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience

  • Strong knowledge of shop math, GD&T, and blueprint reading

  • Ability to edit CNC programs and work independently

  • Experience with CMMs, inspection methods, and precision tolerances

  • Machine Tool Technology degree preferred or equivalent experience

Schedule Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
