We are looking for a Quality Control Technician to oversee building operations and support a safe, efficient workplace in Pooler, Georgia. This is a Contract position suited for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can coordinate inspections, manage maintenance activity, and keep facility services running smoothly. The role requires close attention to operational standards, vendor performance, and property conditions while partnering with internal teams to address day-to-day facility needs.

Responsibilities:

• Direct daily facility operations to maintain a clean, functional, and well-organized commercial environment.

• Schedule and monitor routine inspections to identify building issues, safety concerns, and maintenance priorities before they disrupt operations.

• Coordinate repair and maintenance work with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely resolution of facility needs.

• Oversee the use of computerized maintenance management tools to track work orders, service history, and preventive maintenance schedules.

• Evaluate property conditions and recommend corrective actions that support efficiency, compliance, and workplace readiness.

• Manage vendor relationships, including service follow-up, performance monitoring, and communication of site expectations.

• Maintain accurate facility records, inspection documentation, and maintenance reports for ongoing operational visibility.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support workplace requirements, address urgent issues, and help keep site activities on schedule.

• Experience in facilities coordination, facilities management, or commercial property operations.
• Working knowledge of building inspections, maintenance planning, and vendor oversight.
• Ability to use a computerized maintenance management system to manage service activity and records.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills for working with contractors, site teams, and leadership.
• Sound judgment in identifying operational issues and determining appropriate next steps.
• Attention to detail when reviewing property conditions, maintenance needs, and compliance-related items.
