At Nation Security, we're seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager who's ready to make a significant impact from the get-go. You'll be at the heart of our rapidly expanding team, driving key HR functions like recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management. Your expertise will ensure our processes are streamlined and compliant, paving the way for a supportive and innovative work environment. Compensation:

$65,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Review and advise on organizational policies, decision-making, and strategic planning for business administration and the annual budget
  • Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports
  • Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation
  • Create, enact, and improve personnel policies and procedures
  • Act as the bridge between employees and managers and offer advice on key issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
  • Lead and inspire the HR team to deliver exceptional support and guidance to all employees.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with our company's growth objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent who share our values.
  • Foster a welcoming onboarding experience that sets new team members up for success.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs that empower employees to reach their full potential.
  • Manage performance evaluation processes, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, safeguarding our company's integrity and reputation.

Qualifications:
  • Over 3 years of experience in upper-level HR management
  • Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or related major
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

  • Experience in human resources management, with a proven track record of leading successful HR initiatives.

  • Ability to develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with company growth objectives.

  • Proven track record of managing recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.

  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs that empower employees.

  • Experience in managing performance evaluation processes, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.

  • Ability to foster a welcoming onboarding experience that sets new team members up for success and integration into the company culture.
