Machine Operators - Day and Night Shifts

CER Management Group LLC is currently hiring dependable and safety-conscious Machine Operators. We are looking for motivated individuals who want stable employment and an opportunity to develop their skills and grow with our company. Flexibility with scheduled workdays and shifts may be required.

Current Openings:

• Day Shift: 10 positions available
• Night Shift: 2 positions available

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Night Shift: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM

Position Summary

The Machine Operator will safely operate and monitor production equipment while meeting established quality and productivity goals. This position offers the opportunity to apply your experience, learn new skills, and work as part of a dynamic team in a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• Follow all production instructions and safety procedures
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Complete required production documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report equipment or quality concerns to the supervisor
• Meet established production and productivity goals
• Assist with other production duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least one year of manufacturing or machine-operation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift manufacturing materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility with scheduled workdays is required
