Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Location: Edison, NJ (In-Office with Hybrid Flexibility)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveCommercial Insurance Account Managerto support our growing book of business. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in commercial insurance while working in a structured, team-oriented environment.
You will work closely with Producers and clients to manage day-to-day service needs, support renewals, and ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day service requests for commercial insurance clients
Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
Assist with policy reviews and coverage comparisons
Support the renewal process (data gathering, submissions, proposal prep)
Review audits and assist in resolving discrepancies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in agency management systems
Communicate with carriers and underwriters to service accounts efficiently
Deliver a high level of responsiveness and professionalism to clients
Qualifications
1-3+ years of experience in commercial insurance (preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AMS systems is a plus
Licensing Requirement
Insurance Producer License preferred but not required
Candidates must be willing to obtain their license (with support from the company)
