Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage solutions efficiently on private or public cloud, and ensure they meet established SLAs, with an emphasis on optimizing cloud resource utilization.
- Maintain database performance by investigating, debugging, identifying and resolving production issues.
- Implement solutions by defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, database security, data back-up, and recovery specifications.
- Design, implement, and maintain integrating monitoring and alerting tools, leveraging existing tools and logging.
- Monitoring all levels in the application stack.
- Expand existing automation tools to streamline onboarding.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to provide the best service possible for our customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years professional experience in a production environment.
- Chef / Ruby
- Python
- Lua
- SQL (postgres)
- OpenTelemetry / Prometheus / Grafana
- SMTP / email deliverability a plus.
