Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule 2 days onsite per week in Oak Brook, with Wednesdays required onsite.

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This individual will focus on recruiting licensed healthcare professionals and partnering with field leadership to support staffing needs across multiple locations.

Job Description:

The Healthcare Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical positions, with a primary focus on sourcing and hiring Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals. This role will work closely with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, develop candidate pipelines, and guide candidates through the hiring process from initial outreach through placement.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience recruiting healthcare professionals and be comfortable engaging with candidates in a competitive talent market. Strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for Physical Therapists and other clinical healthcare positions.
  • Identify and engage qualified healthcare professionals through LinkedIn, Indeed, an ATS, and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified clinical candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to understand staffing priorities and hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate outreach, screening, interviews, and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate candidates through the interview and hiring process while maintaining consistent communication.
  • Review candidate credentials and ensure required licensing and background information is appropriately addressed.
  • Monitor open positions and proactively adjust recruiting strategies based on market conditions and hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the ATS.
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically recruiting Physical Therapists or other healthcare professionals.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience recruiting licensed healthcare professionals strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident and engaging communication style.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment.
