Automation Personnel Services is looking for aProduction Associatefor a company based inLebanon,TN.Inthisrole, you willbeoperating machinery that manufactures concrete and composite structures for a company with over 30 years of industry experience.

$21.00per hour
Schedule and Hours
2ndShift:Monday throughThursday,400PM to230AM
Production AssociateDuties and Responsibilities
- Operate machinery that casts high quality covers and boxes using a variety of mold platforms.
- Prepare molds of different sizes, mix and pour polymer concrete and reinforce each product with materials like fiberglass or rebar to meet strength and durability standards.
- Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and wear required PPE.
- Produce products that meet customer and company standards.
- Regular standing, bending, lifting, and use of hand tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Production AssociateQualificationsandRequirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturingsetting required.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials handling.
- Working knowledge of tools, common production equipment, and mechanical systems.
- Criminal background check and drug screeningrequired.
- Ability to lift 50lbs for a continuous shift.
- Ability to stand for the duration of shift.
