Job Summary: At ATEQ, the Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the ongoing, day-to-day, essential coordination and management of human resources related data, records, reporting information, and policy updates. This role is also responsible for continuous innovation of current processes and procedures, as well as completing activities which contribute to owning the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • -Directly responsible for organizingand updating HR-related employee personnel records and data, to include: employee personnel files stored within ADP and also files stored within our shared drives. Manages employee training records as required. Maintains the organizational chart.
  • -Ensures Time & Attendance records are accurately maintained and audited for accuracy.
  • -Maintains the ongoing functionality of ADP HRIS systems, to include ensuring tool delivery and support.
  • -Provision of HR-related reporting and analytics.
  • -Owns drafting and updating HR policies and procedures, training guides, and like templates. Responsible for ongoing HR-related form creation and automation; fostering a continuous process improvement mindset across the team, leveraging HR technologies to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • -Serves as the backup Payroll Administrator and Processor.
  • -Assists with new-hire onboarding activities as related to International associates and interns.
  • -Assists with the coordination and development of College/University partnerships to assist with an ongoing student internship/candidate resource pipeline.
  • -Coordinates HR Hiring events, to include job fairs.
  • -Assists as a back-up processor of new-hire paperwork and related compliance data, as required.
  • -Ensures posting and maintaining all required workforce posters per compliance updates.
  • -Assists with drafting miscellaneous employee communications.
  • -Drafts and maintains our quarterly employee newsletter.
  • -Assists with the administration of our employee engagement surveys.
  • -Provision of assistance with the annual Employee Performance Review process.
  • -Provision of assistance with the annual Benefits Enrollment administration.
  • -Responds to basic HR-related inquiries within a timely manner.
  • -Processes HR-related invoices as required.
  • -Supports all other related HR projects as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • -Previous 3Years of solid experience working in a similar role required
  • -Ensures exceptional confidentiality at all times
  • -Advanced technical aptitude within an HR environment
  • -Experience with providing HR/Workforce Development Analytics required
  • -Advanced computer skills
  • -Experienceboth working with and trouble-shooting various HRIS tools and systems for optimal reliability
  • -Exceptional communication, written and verbal skills
  • -Self-starter with a unique passion for developing the HR team in a positive way
  • -Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them withinan organized manner
  • -Excellent upbeat, collaborative working style

Education:

Bachelors’ degree in a related field desired, but not required.
