Customer Service/ Sales Representative

About the Role

Prodigy Management Group is currently hiring Customer Service & Sales Representatives to join our in-person team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with experience in retail, restaurants, fast food, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles who are ready to grow professionally in a structured business environment.

No prior sales experience is required we provide full training.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person to provide product and service information
• Deliver a high level of customer service while supporting sales initiatives
• Answer questions, address concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience
• Build rapport and maintain professional relationships
• Work closely with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
• Participate in hands-on training and ongoing development

• Experience in customer service, retail, food service, or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional, reliable, and coachable
• Comfortable working in person (this is not a remote role)
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Degree not required
