The Opportunity
We’re looking for motivated and hands-on Store Managers to lead our locations across all markets. This is a leadership role where you will take ownership of store performance, team development, and customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations with accountability and energy
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members
  • Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, shrink, and operational controls
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and brand standards
  • Analyze store performance and implement improvements
  • Build a strong, positive team culture


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of retail, restaurant, or convenience store management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong operational focus
  • Comfortable with POS systems and reporting tools
  • Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)


Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience and market)
Performance Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on sales, shrink control, and operational metrics
