Medical Technologist

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Medical Technologist / Medical Lab Scientist to join our laboratory team. In this role, you will perform routine and stat lab testing across multiple disciplines, ensuring accurate and timely results to support patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology
• Analyze and report patient results accurately
• Maintain quality control and follow regulatory standards
• Operate and troubleshoot lab equipment
• Ensure proper documentation and turnaround times
• Assist with specimen collection and processing

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Medical Technology (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of Medical Technologist experience
• Florida Technologist License (or ability to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of lab procedures and quality standards

Compensation & Benefits

• Night Shift Differential: $2.50/hr
• On-Call Pay: $2/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Night Shift)
• Relocation Assistance: Available (case by case)
