Caregiver/Companion

Master Care-Givers, located in Clermont, FL, is looking for a dedicated Caregiver/Companion to support a Consumer in Titusville. If you’re someone who enjoys making a difference in people’s lives and values meaningful connections, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Caregiver/Companion, you’ll play an important role in assisting the Consumer with daily activities and ensuring they remain active and engaged in the community. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing transportation: Assist the Consumer with grocery shopping, community outings, and other activities. You’ll also be responsible for transporting the Consumer’s son to and from school as needed.
• Wheelchair assistance: Safely assist with transfers and loading/unloading the Consumer’s wheelchair from your vehicle.
• Hands-on support: Offer dependable, patient, and caring assistance to ensure the Consumer’s needs are met.
• Pet-friendly care: Be comfortable around the Consumer’s dog and maintain a pet-friendly attitude.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Transportation: A clean, well-maintained vehicle is essential, as you’ll be providing regular transportation.
• Dependability: We’re looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Compassion: A patient and caring demeanor is a must for supporting the Consumer’s needs.
• Comfort with pets: The Consumer has a dog, so being comfortable around animals is important.
