Responsibilities:
• Supervise nursing staff and resident care activities
• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
• Support care planning and documentation
• Handle staffing coordination and emergency situations
• Ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance

Requirements:
• Active Pennsylvania RN License required
• BLS Certification required
• Long-term care or nursing home experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
