We are looking for a LEAD RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER.We donotperform commercial work. Please note that strong English communication skills are required to effectively communicate with homeowners, comfort consultants, and coworkers.

What you'll do

  • Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects
  • Supervise and train installation helpers
  • Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation
  • Deliver the level of workmanship our customers have come to expect

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • EPA Certification
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Pride in producing clean, high-quality installations
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to safely perform the job and communicate with customers and coworkers is required.
