Civil Site Engineer – Pittsburgh, PA

Ready to stop watching projects from the sidelines and start owning them? A growing engineering firm in the Pittsburgh area is looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer with 5+ years of site development experience to jump into a strong pipeline of projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and erosion & sediment control plans
  • Lead site development projects from concept through construction
  • Prepare plans, specifications, calculations, and permit packages
  • Work directly with clients, municipalities, and project teams
  • Mentor junior engineers and help keep projects moving

What They’re Looking For:

  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years of civil site/land development experience
  • Strong grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility design experience
  • EIT required; PE strongly preferred
  • Civil 3D experience preferred
  • Someone ready for more responsibility, bigger projects, and a real path to advancement
