Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | $24–$32 per hour
Join a New Fleet Operation Being Built from the Ground Up
Starbrite Trailers is expanding and launching a new full-service fleet maintenance and repair shop in Plain City, Ohio, servicing cars, light-duty trucks, trailers, and medium-duty equipment.
We are seeking an experienced Automotive & Fleet Technician to join us at the ground level of this new operation. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the shop, influence how it runs, and grow with the business as it expands.
We’re a family-owned company with a supportive, team-focused environment where you’ll work on a wide variety of equipmentnot just repetitive, routine repairs.
What We Offer
$24–$32 per hour, based on experience and skill level
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
One Saturday per month may be required

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of professional automotive, truck, fleet, or related repair experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Dependable and reliable work ethic
Ability to work on a wide range of vehicles and equipment
Pride in quality workmanship
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Team-oriented mindset
