Assembler 1st Shift

CWWC is looking for a new woodworker to add to our growing team. Ideal candidate will be able to adapt to our standards and achieve proficiency in a range of skills involved with the cabinet assembly end line process.

Primary Responsibilities

• Promote and adhere to all safety guidelines, policies, and practices. Immediately report all incidents, injuries or near misses to a Foreperson.
• Build cabinetry units according to the project specifications
  
• Work efficiently and collaboratively to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Use all basic hand tools safely and competently.
  
• Read and interpret design drawings and production documents.
• May cross train to perform other duties.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred.
  
• Ability to learn reading and interpreting design drawings and production documents.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate across departments

Working Conditions/Schedule

Monday – Thursday 6-4:30, overtime as required
