PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a detail-oriented Production Associate for a new and rapidly growing manufacturing company in Huntsville, AL. In this role,you’llhave the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a company that values precision, teamwork, and long-term career development in a clean and organized production environment.
Pay Rate
Day Shift -$17.00 per hour
Night Shift -$17.00 per hour PLUS $1.50 per hour shift differential
Schedule and Hours
2/2/3 Schedule –Must work weekends
Day shift: 6:00AM to 6:00PM
Night shift: 6:00PM to 6:00AM
Production AssociateDuties and Responsibilities
• Handling materials, such as glass, silicon cells, and fragile metal frames, with care to avoid damage.
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identifyany defects or inconsistencies ofproduct.
• Using soldering tool to repair broken or damaged solar cells,connectionsand circuitry.
• Assistin other areas of production as needed, including packaging and bar-coding.
Production AssociateQualificationsandRequirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to followinstructionand meet production timelines.
• Ability to stand or move for extended periods in factorysetting.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• 1 to 2 years’experience in production setting
